Evening Primrose is the oil that is extracted from the Oenothera biennis plant or Evening primrose plant. The oil of the Evening Primrose plant is a concentrated source of the omega 6 fatty acid Gamma- Linolenic acid (GLA). The body requires a balance of healthy fatty acids, and today many individuals lack balanced diets. This item has been studied and approved by TGA to be consumed as a dietary supplement.

Each Capsule Contains:
Evening Primrose Oil 1,000mg equiv. to Gamma-linolenic acid 100mg

Direction:
Take 1 capsule 2-3 times daily, with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
